Kate is an employee engagement expert with over 20 years’ experience in the field of employee research and consultancy. She is passionate about working with clients to create more engaging workplaces, regularly coaching managers and facilitating engagement workshops. She has considerable experience of managing successful employee engagement programmes, working with a wide range of clients across industry sectors.
Operating at Board level and in senior people management roles for many years, Kate understands first hand the importance of authentic, connected leadership to reach business goals. She is an accomplished researcher, facilitator, trainer and presenter, and an ICF approved coach.
